Posts and comments on Zirooms contain members' personal experiences and opinions. The operator has not verified the accuracy, currency or suitability for a particular purpose of all content. Check information about important medical, legal, financial or other decisions with appropriate professionals and official sources.

Personal posts by the operator or a room manager are also personal opinions unless marked as official announcements. The fact that a post has not been hidden or deleted does not mean the operator approves or guarantees its content.

2. External links and transactions between members

External websites shared by members may have separate operators, terms and privacy policies. Check the linked site's information and payment or transaction terms yourself. Zirooms currently does not provide a service guaranteeing payment, delivery or fulfillment of transactions between members.

If you suspect impersonation, misleading advertising or fraud, report it through the service or the email below. You can also report crime or urgent danger to the relevant authorities.

3. Service provision and responsibility

The operator takes reasonable measures for service stability and safety. Maintenance, network failures, security incidents or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions or data loss, so users should also keep separate copies of important original materials.

Whether liability exists and its extent are determined by the cause of the failure, applicable laws and the terms of service. This notice does not broadly waive or exclude legal liability for damage caused intentionally or negligently by the operator, or users' rights guaranteed by applicable laws.

4. Copyright and infringement

Use members' posts and attachments with respect for each rights holder. Giving a source does not by itself permit unauthorized copying or redistribution. Check the legal requirements and rights holder's permission needed for quotation or use.

Anyone claiming infringement, or their authorized representative, should send the content URL, details of the infringement and verifiable materials to the email below. The operator reviews necessary actions, including verification, temporary restrictions and deletion, under applicable laws and procedures.

5. Scope

This notice explains the use of information on Zirooms. The terms of service, privacy policy and applicable laws also apply; mandatory law takes priority if they conflict. Important changes and their effective dates will be announced through the service.
